God proves that he beats the devil with the aspect of force. Having force is obviously powerful but the devil realizes that he has not been completely defeated. The fact that God uses force to banidsh the devil from Heaven only places the devil in a new location. His thoughts are still the same and he, particularly now, wants to fight against God even more because of what has happened to him. The discussion of glorification to God had two sides. Satan might not even want to say anything to glorify God because he is so against him at this point. He also might indirectly be glorifying God as he ploys to find other ways to overpower God that are considered the opposite of what God would chose. These opposites are also looked upon as ways of leading to corruption of mankind and make the devil look even worse than he naturally does.
